• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our PDF tools to process illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or malicious files. You agree not to misuse our APIs, attempt to breach our server security, or disrupt the experience of other users.
• Service Availability: We strive for high uptime, but Tretaion Technology does not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

All content, branding, logos (including Tretaion, PDF Toolkit and LoveBug), and code provided by us are the intellectual property of Tretaion Technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written consent. You retain all ownership rights to the files and data you upload to our tools.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tretaion Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, file corruption during PDF processing, or disputes arising from user interactions on LoveBug.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
